Privacy
This page describes how WorldTimeNow is designed to handle information. It is a product description, not legal advice, and it does not claim a specific certification or regulatory audit.
Timezone detection
“Your local time” uses Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone in the browser. Precise GPS location is not requested. That timezone string is not stored on a WorldTimeNow server as a profile.
World clock preferences
Cities you add to the world clock, the 12/24-hour setting, and theme preference stay in localStorage on your device.
Analytics and ads
If the site operator enables Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google AdSense through environment variables, those services may collect data according to Google’s policies. WorldTimeNow application code does not store IP addresses, precise location, or form identity fields.
